Hello Everyone!! Oh wow…where do I start???  I’m having the time of my life here in Australia, and I couldn’t be happier about where life and golf are both headed:) So here’s the recap:: On January 1st, I flew into Brisbane (arrived January 3rd) with my only option: hop in a car with a steering wheel on the right side and stick to the only advice I was given..stay left. 4 hours later and only missing a few head-on collisions (just kidding, mom), I made my way to Yamba, New South Wales. I stayed with an AMAZING couple and soaked up every second:) With “heaps” of kangaroos hopping ALL OVER the course and some 90 degree plus weather, there was no better introduction to this beautiful country.  Fighting off some vicious nerves and uneasiness, I played poorly in Yamba, but restructured my mind, and the rest has been drastically better! Since Yamba, I have played golf in Brisbane, Moss V

ale (hour and a half South of Sydney), Baulkham Hills for 2 events (suburb of Sydney), Barwon Heads in Victoria, and now the Gold Coast playing in

Golfin with the Roos!

my first European Tour Event, the RACV Ladies Masters!! Aside from golf, I have swam and laid out on some of the most beautiful beaches (Yamba, Barwon Heads, and Bondi), ran a 6k soft sand beach run called the Wanda Extreme for a reason, climbed to the top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, walked up the steps to the beautiful Sydney Opera House (headed to see an opera soon), held a koala named Minty, fed kangaroos, experienced Australia Day with over 100,000 people in Sydney and Darling Harbour, taken trains and buses all over different cities, stayed with the most amazing host families I could have ever asked for, and eaten some of the greatest (or most “beautiful,” as the Aussies would say) meals……Of course, it doesn’t stop there:) I am working on running at least 50 miles across Australia’s beautiful country side…or sea side…my favorite having been the Break Wall run—-long, fairly narrow strip of rock that runs out into the ocean. I’ve walked and shopped the markets in Sydney, taken a ferry to Manly, met some amazing people, found some gyms where I’m having to convert kg to pounds the whole time:), and saw a bit of a local cricket match! Overall, I am absolutely having the time of my life:) On the the golf side of things, I have had some great rounds and rounds that I’ve learned a lot from. I’ve put a lot of time and effort into the practice of Vision 54, and it’s awesome to see what happens when it comes to life. I’ve learned to manage some fears and feel as though my confidence is growing on a daily basis. I’m hitting the ball great, and still working on getting that putter going!  No doubt I’m headed in the right direction, and for the first time in a long time, great rounds are most definitely in my future….not just waiting for them to come. I’m playing/practicing with a different focus, doing workbook and confidence building exercises on and off the course, and enjoying the competition and everything that comes with competing at this level, again:) It feels so good to be back on the course playing with some of the best players in the world. I have never been so happy, and I am so lucky to have the opportunity to play in BEAUTIFUL Australia. Live scoring will be available for the Ladies Masters so keep up if you can! Thank you to all of my supporters and recent followers:)  Thank you to WinStar World Casino and Resort for giving me such a great opportunity:) Also, if you are interested in hosting your next corporate event at WinStar, contact me via e-mail! Cheers, Sydney
